Capturing the American Spirit is a comprehensive view of the most popular American artist living today, LeRoy Neiman. Encapsulating the full range of his talents including works in all of his beloved subjects in a variety of media from original paintings and drawings to his limited edition silkscreens. Artistically Neiman is probably most recognized for two elements in his works: movement and color.  The quintessential Neiman is painted with a brilliantly bold kaleidoscopic palette, and applied with a loose, painterly brushstroke. He has an amazing talent for creating movement within his art whether it be Mickey Mantel’s bat swiftly swinging through the air, the Le Mans car race, or a herd of elephants stampeding right out of the picture plane.

American Fine Art Editions, Inc hosts the largest collection of LeRoy Neiman’s artwork in the world including original paintings, drawings, serigraphs, lithographs, sculpture and limited edition books and catalogue raissonnes.
